In partnership with OMSI, Portland Monthly brings you Cook for Life - a seasonal cooking series focused on cooking for healthy solutions, presented by Regence. This month we are talking Paleo! 

This four-part series is hosted at Theory, an eatery for the curious at OMSI.

Enjoy a small-plate, four-course meal with cooking demonstrations by Chef Gregory Gourdet of Departure, a science of food cooking demo by Bon Appetit Executive Chef Ryan Morgan, and nutritional information from the National College of Natural Medicine.
