OMSI and BPA worked together to visit the students at the school, too! Don Davey, an engineer for the Bonneville Power Administration, came to the classroom and told the students about how electricity gets made in the Northwest.

Then Steve, the OMSI educator who we met on the second visit to the museum, worked with the students on ideas for conserving energy. The students met after school, and worked hard to put together a poster and a presentation to share as part of the Showcase of Science on Public Science Day itself.
