PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUEST TWO WEEKS NOTICE FOR PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS.

Note: To register online, we require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. If your desired date is less than 2 weeks away, please call 503.797.4661.  If you are not ready to register, but have questions, please contact us at 503.797.4661 or register@omsi.edu.
OMSI requires the following chaperone ratios: 
For Field Trips: 1:5 for PreK-8th grade and 1:10 for high school
For Camp-Ins: 1:5 for all grades (minimum 3rd grade)
For Outdoor School: 1:8 for all grades
First Choice for Program Date:
Second Choice for Program Date:
Third Choice for Program Date:
