Parent Exhibit: Amazing Feats of Aging
Description: Test your response time at this computer game devised to measure age-related changes and then compare your results to those of different demographic groups. You’ll see a set of numbers and symbols at the top of the computer screen and a single number-symbol combination “code” in the middle of the screen. Your task is to press one key if the number-symbol “code” matches one in the set or press a different key if it does not. Discover that your brain experiences normal changes as you grow older and that there are tradeoffs between brain gains and brain losses as you age. (6-adult)
