Description: What color is the inside of the box? Visitors look into a box with an eyehole in the lid, to determine the color of the inside of the box. They check their conclusion by opening the lid. Through the eyehole the inside appears to be black due to an absence of light. The inside is actually white. This exhibit demonstrates the relationship between color and reflected light.
