Description: Can you create a colored shadow? Visitors create multiple colored shadows by placing their hand between red, green, and blue lights and a white screen. Where the visitor’s hand blocks the light from all three lamps, a black shadow appears. Where their hand blocks out light from one or two lamps, a colored shadow appears. This exhibit demonstrates complementary colors and color mixing.
