This exhibit features a game, the object of which is to get to the end goal, a healthy heart. The point of the game uses an entertaining format to present easy, manageable ideas for lifestyle change, or small steps towards a big change. Text explains how poor diet, smoking, and lack of physical activity affects the heart and arteries, and why this is important. Graphics of a healthy heart will show what a normal heart looks like and how the arteries connect to the heart.
