OMSI Science Camps offer the perfect combination of science, adventure, activity, and treasured summer camp traditions. Over the last 50 years, thousands of kids have grown up with memories of the summers they spent learning about science, exploring nature, and making friends. OMSI is accredited through the American Camp Association and offers the most affordable comprehensive science camp experience on the West Coast.

Sites and Program Types
OMSI Science Camps take place in beautiful settings ranging from the mountains to the coast to the desert. Campers may sleep under the towering redwoods in California, raft a river in central Oregon, backpack through an alpine forest, or search for whales in the San Juan Islands. Our camps offer hands-on educational activities—along with campfire songs, swimming holes, and s’mores. It’s a perfect way to gain outdoor skills and develop an enthusiasm for lifelong learning, as well as curiosity and respect for the natural world.

To register for Individual Camps
(if NOT applying for financial aid):

Option One: Register Online
Option Two: Register on Paper
Once your paper form is complete, please submit with full payment by mail (OMSI Program Sales & Registration, 1945 SE Water Ave, Portland, OR  97214), fax (503.239.7800), email (register@omsi.edu), or drop off at the museum Group Check-In window or Membership window.
To register for Individual Camps
(if applying for financial aid):

Only Option: Fill out paper registration form and financial aid application
Once your paper forms are complete, please submit with deposit, letter of interest (camps only), and letter of recommendation (camps only) by mail (OMSI Program Sales & Registration, 1945 SE Water Ave, Portland, OR  97214), fax (503-239-7800), email (register@omsi.edu), or drop off at the museum Group Check-In window or Membership window.
To register for Family Camps
(no financial aid available):
