Game Masters is an exhibition created by the Australian Centre for the Moving Image, Melbourne, supported by the Victorian Government.
Whether you choose to rocket through the galaxy, dive beneath the waves, or race through snow-capped mountains, an assortment of incredible adventures awaits in this multi-sensory ride experience.

Food Science Demos
Included in General Admission | Located in the entrance to Theory, Food Science Demos feature hands-on activities and experiments all about the science behind the food we eat. Visitors can test foods for protein, learn how much sugar is in certain drinks, test soil pH for planting vegetables, put together a map of Oregon agriculture and much, much more!

Explore the wilds of America in this new giant-screen film as big as the outdoors!

D-Day: Normandy 1944
June 6, 1944: The largest Allied operation of World War II began in Normandy, France. Yet, few know in detail exactly why and how, from the end of 1943 through August 1944, this region became the most important location in the world. Narrated by Tom Brokaw, D-Day blends animation, CGI and stunning live-action images in exploring the history, military strategy, science, technology and human values involved in this monumental event.

Starry Nights Live!
Learn about the interesting stories of the constellations and others in this live presentation in OMSI's Kendall Planetarium. It is not just stars everyone can see in the night sky—planets, constellations, zodiac, shooting stars and satellites are all there if you know when and where to look. Navigate by the stars and discover how you can become a backyard astronomer. Topics will change monthly and graphics will be programmed accordingly. All shows are hosted and narrated live by OMSI planetarium staff.
During this 45-minute long guided tour, you will get to peer through a periscope, touch a torpedo, climb in a bunk in the crew's quarters, and much more. You will learn how a submarine works and get a glimpse into how a crew of 85 lived and worked within the Blueback's hull for months at a time.
